SUB-CHAPTERS
The Tau Lambda-at-Large Chapter currently consists of fifteen sub-chapters in seven African countries. The organization is currently investigating the possibility in joining some of the Francophone countries in Northern Africa. 
FACULTY COUNSELORS
Faculty counselors are appointed at sub-chapter level. Each faculty counselor serves as a link between the country representatives and members of that particular sub-chapter. Members wanting more information on activities within their sub-chapter are invited to contact their faculty counselor for more information.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FACULTY COUNSELOR:
- Lead the process for determining membership eligibility and inducting members.
- Develop strategies for publicizing and informing students and community nursing leaders of eligibility for membership.
- Secure necessary data from the official records of students to determine eligibility status.
- Notify students of their eligibility status and send out the appropriate membership application documents.
- Manage and delegate the oversight of Chapter bylaws changes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be an active member of the Chapter.
- Consent to serve in the position.
- Be on faculty at the school represented.
